FAQ

  • How does this work, exactly?

Pre-orders are open on the site on Sunday at 9am and are open for 24 hours. Once you’ve made your purchase you’ll receive a follow up email from me, Kate, to confirm your order and give you details on when I plan to deliver. Then you just need to practice a bit of patience and wait for your treats to arrive later that week!

  • How do I know if I'm within your delivery limits?

Generally speaking, I don’t deliver west of the Oregon Zoo, north of the Columbia River, east of Gresham High School, or south of SE Sunnyside Rd. Feel free to email me if you’re still unsure or want to plan a different drop off/pick up location.

  • Do I need to be home when you deliver?

Short answer: no. Though I’d appreciate it if you leave a cooler or box with a lid for me, if no one will be home for the delivery. I don’t want any neighborhood critters coming by for a snack!

  • Do you have gluten-free options?

I try to offer gluten-free treats on occasion but please note that the treats will still not be safe for those with Celiac disease as I only have one kitchen and cross contamination is expected. I do have a lot of experience baking gluten free treats though, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have a commission-based request.

  • Do you take commission requests?

I do, on a cake-by-cake basis. Email me with your inquiry and I’ll be happy to chat with you about your specific needs. Be aware that I do not work with fondant or royal icing at all! There are many other local bakeries and homebakers who can help you with those requests.

  • What kind of ingredients are you using?

I don’t use any boxed mixes. Most ingredients are organic and purchased at local grocery stores. I get eggs from Ello Farm in Corbett and when applicable or available I’ll feature fresh produce from my own yard, friends’ yards, or farmers markets.
